Contract-first APIs
The API contract is the source of truth. Every client is built against it, so a change on the server can't quietly break an app in someone's pocket.
One codebase, every platform
A product ships to web, iOS, Android and desktop from shared code and shared design decisions — one behaviour wherever a user meets it.
Releases decided by evidence
An org-wide harness runs real user journeys and security checks against every product. A release passes the gate, or it doesn't ship. Optimism isn't a check.
Standards over shortcuts
